This study aims to analyze the Transformation of Pedagogical Competence of Civic Education Teachers in the Implementation of Deep Learning Towards a Golden Indonesia. The research data were obtained through a questionnaire containing 15 statements and indepth interviews with Civic Education Teachers at SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta. This research is motivated by the important problem of the still low pedagogical competence of Civic Education (PKn) teachers in facing the demands of 21st-century learning. This condition is particularly evident in the implementation of the Deep Learning approach that requires students to develop critical thinking skills, collaborate, collaborate, and reflect. In the context of efforts to realize the vision of "Golden Indonesia 2045", this issue becomes increasingly relevant and very necessary to study. The results of the study indicate that Civic Education Teachers at SMP Negeri 18 have implemented a deep learning approach in teaching and learning activities as reflected in the application of various learning methods that stimulate critical thinking skills, increase cooperation between students, and help them build a more comprehensive understanding of the material despite still facing various challenges. The questionnaire shows the public's assessment of the Pedagogical Competence of Civic Education Teachers in the Implementation of In-Depth Learning towards Golden Indonesia 2045. This study shows that Pedagogical Competence of Civic Education Teachers is very necessary to achieve Golden Indonesia 2045.
