TRANSFORMASI PENDIDIKAN AKHLAK OLEH GURU PAI SEBAGAI STRATEGI MENGURANGI KASUS BULLYING PADA REMAJA

The phenomenon of bullying among adolescents remains a serious issue in education, particularly at the secondary school level. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers hold a strategic role in shaping students’ character through a transformative approach to education that emphasizes moral, spiritual, and social values. This study aims to analyze how the transformation of moral education carried out by PAI teachers can serve as an effective strategy to reduce bullying cases among adolescents. The method employed is a qualitative approach through literature review and narrative analysis of moral education theories, religious moderation, and PAI teaching practices in schools. The findings indicate that the internalization of moral values through teacher role modeling, habituation of empathy, and the integration of PAI materials with adolescent social issues fosters moral awareness and strengthens students’ character. The transformation of moral education not only functions as a preventive measure against bullying behavior but also contributes to building an inclusive, moderate, and just school culture. Thus, PAI teachers act as agents of change who instill Islamic moral values to create a safe and harmonious educational environment for adolescent development.
