Frustration is a psychological condition that is highly vulnerable among adolescents due to internal and external pressures during the process of identity formation. If not properly addressed, frustration may lead to serious consequences, including mental health disorders, behavioral deviations, and a loss of life meaning. This article aims to examine the causes of frustration among adolescents and to formulate coping strategies based on Islamic teachings. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a literature review method, drawing on relevant sources from adolescent psychology and Islamic studies. The findings indicate that the primary factors contributing to adolescent frustration include weakened faith, limited understanding of the meaning of life, excessive social and environmental pressures, and negative thinking patterns. Islam offers a comprehensive framework for addressing adolescent frustration through spiritual reinforcement, such as repentance, prayer, remembrance of God (dhikr), fasting, and character development grounded in religious values. These approaches function not only as preventive measures but also as repressive and rehabilitative efforts to foster mental stability and inner peace among adolescents. Therefore, the internalization of Islamic values plays a fundamental role in helping adolescents manage frustration constructively and meaningfully
