Amaliyah Tadris serves to develop students' self-confidence and pedagogical skills, while realizing theoretical knowledge obtained from the Turuqu Tadris subject with the guidance of the At-Tarbiyah Al-Amaliyah book from grades X to XII. This study aims to examine the planning and implementation of the Amaliyah Tadris program at Madrasah Aliyah Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by using data collection techniques carried out by means of Observation, Interviews and documentation. And the data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative analysis which is processed into Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing. The results of the study show that the planning stage includes guidance on teaching methods, mastery of materials, and preparation of I'dad (RPP) in Arabic which must be approved by the supervisor before practice. The implementation stage is carried out by grade XII students in the form of structured teaching practices through preliminary, core, and closing activities. This program has a significant impact on students' teaching readiness, increasing their self-confidence, classroom management skills, and their professional competence as prospective educators.
