Ekoteologi dalam Praktik: Pengelolaan Limbah Rumah Tangga Melalui BLKK Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore and optimize the agricultural potentials owned by Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga to support the implementation of eco-theology in the midst of environmental crises. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with observation as the primary data collection technique. The findings reveal that Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga possesses various potentials that can be further developed as a form of eco-theological practice. These efforts not only contribute positively to environmental preservation but also foster economic independence through household waste management. The identified potentials include: (1) the availability of a community vocational training center, (2) the utilization of abundant household and communal kitchen waste as raw materials for animal feed, (3) the conversion of household waste into liquid organic fertilizer, and (4) the processing of waste-based products as an additional source of pesantren income.
