This study aims to analyze the concept of internalizing Islamic fiqh siyasah values ??in Islamic Religious Education and its relevance to the formation of public law in a modern state. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach, namely a critical examination of primary and secondary sources in the form of classical Islamic fiqh siyasah books, books, scientific journal articles, as well as contemporary regulations and thoughts related to Islamic education and public law. The analysis technique is carried out through data reduction, concept categorization, and thematic synthesis. The research findings indicate that the values ??of Islamic jurisprudence, such as justice, deliberation, public interest, the supremacy of law, and the responsibility of power, can be internalized in Islamic Religious Education through curriculum strengthening, contextual approaches, and integration of national values. This internalization contributes to the formation of a moderate, inclusive, and common-interest-oriented public legal awareness. This study employs a literature review with a historical approach to examine burnout using Christina Maslach’s framework, which includes emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment. The findings reveal that burnout among PAI teachers is influenced by excessive administrative workload, sustained emotional pressure, limited institutional support, and an unconducive work environment. These factors contribute to decreased teaching motivation, weakened pedagogical interactions, and declining professional performance. The findings indicate that although SPMI and SPME function as fundamental instruments for maintaining and improving educational quality, their implementation in many higher education institutions remains largely administrative and compliance-oriented, with limited internalization of quality culture. This study conceptually contributes by integrating modern quality control theories such as the PDCA cycle, Crosby’s prevention-based quality approach, and Sallis’s collaborative quality management into the analysis of SPMI and SPME as a unified and continuous quality control system. Using a phenomenological qualitative approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation at Pesantren Komplek Ij Al-Masyhuriyah Krapyak, Yogyakarta. The findings reveal that caregivers and administrators often interpret bullying as humor or character-building exercises, while new students, especially those from minority cultural backgrounds, experience culture shock and emotional distress. Counseling interventions proved effective in rebuilding victims’ confidence, strengthening assertive communication, and fostering adaptation through peer mentoring. Individual counseling offered a safe space for emotional expression and resilience development, group counseling with assertive training enabled victims to resist verbal teasing, and peer mentoring provided social support within pesantren’s hierarchical culture. These results underscore the importance of culturally sensitive counseling strategies in pesantren to balance local traditions with modern psychological protection. While this research is limited by its single-site focus and small number of participants, it provides significant insights for the development of Islamic-based counseling models. The takrir method is an approach that emphasizes structured repetition, but its implementation in the context of local pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) has not been widely studied. This research aims to describe the application of the takrir method in tahfidz (Qur'an memorization) activities and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors for optimizing students' memorization at Pondok Pesantren Al-Lubab Saripan Jepara. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation with participants including caregivers, administrators, and students. Data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the takrir strategy is implemented through three main forms: repetition with peers, musyafahah (recitation to a teacher), and estafet simakan (relay listening/recitation sessions). The implementation is carried out on a schedule through daily muroja'ah (review) activities, regular halaqoh (study circles), and mudarosah tasmi' (group recitation review). Inhibiting factors include laziness, time management, and the unstable attendance of group members, while supporting factors include intensive supervision, discipline, and a conducive pesantren environment. The study aims to identify similarities, differences, and synthesize their ideas to develop an integrative framework for contemporary Islamic education. The research employs library research with a philosophical and comparative approach, utilizing primary works of the thinkers and secondary literature from Google Scholar-indexed journals. The findings reveal that all thinkers reject the secularization of knowledge and emphasize spirituality in education. Iqbal emphasizes will and spiritual dynamism, Al-Faruqi focuses on the integration of knowledge and epistemology, Al-Attas on ethics and adab, Nasr on sacred cosmology and spirituality, and Bagheri dan Khosravi on the transformation towards divinity. The conceptual synthesis suggests that ideal contemporary Islamic education integrates spiritual- transcendental, ethical-adab, integrative-epistemological, and dynamic-creative dimensions, forming a complete human being (<em>insan kamil</em>) who is aware of the divine dimension, creative, ethical, and socially responsible. This study aims to analyze spiritual preaching messages and interpret their denotative, connotative, and mythological meanings using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. Using a descriptive qualitative method and content analysis, the results of this study indicate that the preaching messages encompass three main pillars: creed, morality, and worship, with an emphasis on patience, sincerity, and trust in God when facing life's fatigue. The prayer mat is presented as a symbol of spiritual surrender, while fatigue is interpreted as a test that strengthens faith. Employing a qualitative method with a library research approach, this study reviews relevant literature, official documents, and previous studies, which are subsequently analyzed descriptively and analytically to elucidate the relationships among quality planning, learning processes, evaluation, and corrective actions in efforts to improve educational quality. The findings indicate that effective quality control requires the integration of quality planning, learning processes, continuous evaluation, and adaptive corrective actions, and must be established as an institutional culture rather than an incidental procedure. These findings affirm that educational quality depends on the synergy among input, process, and output components, particularly through the integration of curriculum design, teacher competence, school management, and student services that are responsive to 21st-century competencies. Initial contact with Chinese merchants is estimated to have occurred during the Sriwijaya period, and continued into the era of the Palembang Darussalam Sultanate through the pepper trade and other agricultural commodities. Chinese migration became more intensive during the Dutch colonial period, along with economic policies that opened opportunities for Chinese traders and laborers to settle in Palembang. The presence of the Chinese community brought social traditions, beliefs, and cultural practices that later interacted with the local population. Using historical research methods, including heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography, this study shows that the introduction of Chinese culture took place gradually and in a complex manner. Its influence is evident in the development of settlements along the Musi River, the architecture of shop-houses and temples, Peranakan cuisine, as well as the celebration of Chinese New Year and Cap Go Meh. This study aims to describe the characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad's preaching during the Mecca period and analyze the relevance of this exemplary practice in contemporary preaching practices. The study uses a qualitative method with a historical approach and library research through a review of primary sources such as the Qur'an, hadith, sirah nabawiyah, and relevant scientific literature. The results show that the Prophet's preaching in Mecca emphasized a personal approach, strengthening faith and morals, a gradual delivery strategy (sirriyah and jahriyah), as well as exemplifying noble morals and patience in facing rejection. This study aims to analyze the strategy of fulfilling SN Dikti in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program (PAI) UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi by focusing on eight SN Dikti standards. The research uses a qualitative approach of case studies through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies, with data analysis of the Miles and Huberman models. The results of the study show that the uniqueness of the PAI Study Program's strategy lies in the simultaneous integration of the KKNI-MBKM-based curriculum, strengthening the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), and the use of learning technology as an instrument for academic quality control. This strategy is realized through the adjustment of OBE-based curriculum documents, the improvement of lecturer competencies in a structured manner, and the optimization of the PPEPP cycle in quality governance. Nevertheless, the implementation of the strategy still faces obstacles in the form of limited resources, disparities in lecturers' digital literacy, limited partnership networks, and not optimal implementation of MBKM. The Ngaji.ai application integrates technology to enhance the effectiveness of al-Qur'an learning. The study involved 25 respondents consisting of active volunteers and parents of orphans and dhu'afa. Respondents were given materials on teaching the al-Qur'an using the bil Hikmah method and the Ngaji.ai application. Their knowledge of al-Qur'an literacy was measured through pre and post-tests, and the data were analyzed using SPSS and n-gain analysis. The results showed a significant increase in scores for almost all respondents, with an average increase of 87.6%, indicating the effectiveness of the training materials and the suitability of the methods taught. The n-gain analysis confirmed that the learning improvement was in the "high" category, demonstrating the success of the learning strategies used in optimizing the learning process and outcomes. This research aims to formulate an epistemological framework of experiential Islamic education through a critical and contextual reconstruction of David Hume's empiricism. The method used is literature study with a qualitative-conceptual approach, through the search of primary and secondary literature, thematic analysis of the key concepts of empiricism, and argumentative synthesis in dialogue with the pedagogic needs of Islamic education. The results of the research resulted in a framework of three pillars: experience as an initial source of concept formation and understanding; reflection and repeated testing as a mechanism for validating knowledge; and epistemic prudence as manners of thinking in assessing truth claims. The main findings suggest that experience can be positioned as a learning medium that reinforces the process of internalizing values without negating the normative source of religion, as long as it is bound by the goals of Islamic education and the ethics of knowledge. The research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design involving two groups: an experimental class and a control class. Data were collected through a learning concentration questionnaire and student activity observation sheets. The results showed a significant improvement in the students’ average concentration score, increasing from 68 to 85, or by 25.39%, after the implementation of audio-visual media. In addition, students’ learning activities increased by 17.8 points, indicating higher engagement during the learning process. The use of audio-visual media effectively created a more interactive, concrete, and meaningful learning environment, enhancing students’ focus, motivation, and understanding of PAI materials. This study employed a quantitative approach using a <strong>quasi-experimental design</strong> with a control group pretest–posttest model. The sample consisted of two groups: an experimental group that received instruction using the STAD model and a control group that was taught using conventional instructional methods. Data were collected through achievement tests administered before and after the intervention and were analyzed using appropriate statistical techniques. The results indicate that students taught using the STAD model achieved significantly higher learning outcomes than those taught through conventional methods. The findings reveals that SMA Negeri 5 Depok integrates the principles of religious moderation into its vision, mission, and school activities within its diverse religious environment. Pesantren play a central role in Islamic education in Indonesia, yet their pedagogical practices are often characterized by strong authority relations that may limit rational engagement. This study aims to analyze the extent to which indoctrinative learning patterns and rational pedagogical practices are experienced by santri and alumni. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive and comparative statistical techniques. The findings indicate that pesantren education operates along a spectrum between indoctrination and rationality, with higher levels of indoctrinative practices associated with lower levels of rationality. Alumni demonstrate higher levels of rationality than active santri, indicating the long-term pedagogical impact of pesantren education. This study examines modern scholarly works as well as primary classical literature using a qualitative library research methodology. The results show that the success of Islamic civilization was based on the blending of religious and logical sciences, reinforced by a robust literacy culture and educational institutions. This study is unique in that it highlights the deterioration of critical thinking and ijtihad as major contributors to the tradition's stagnation a viewpoint that is frequently disregarded in comparable studies. The paper makes the case for reviving the Islamic academic heritage by institutionalizing research and innovation, reengaging with Qur'anic ideals, and being receptive to contemporary scientific developments. In the development of contemporary Islamic studies, the approach of theology is often viewed as less relevant because it is considered normative and apologetic. This article aims to examine the characteristics of the approach of theology and examine its relevance in the development of contemporary Islamic studies. This research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach, through an analysis of classical and contemporary literature discussing theology and Islamic studies. The results of the study indicate that theology has a rational, dialectical, and normative-theological character that remains relevant in responding to contemporary issues such as religious pluralism, the relationship between religion and science, and humanitarian issues. Through methodological reconstruction and contextualization of thought, the approach of theology can function as a critical and dialogical theological framework in contemporary Islamic studies. The purpose of this study is to formulate a sociological foundation as the basis for the repositioning of Arabic language learning in the 2013 Curriculum and to map its implications for competency orientation, pedagogical practice, and learning evaluation. The method used is qualitative research based on literature studies with document analysis of the 2013 Curriculum framework, learning tools, as well as literature on language sociology, sociolinguistics of education, and Islamic education studies. The results of the study show that the repositioning of Arabic language learning needs to shift the focus from a structural-procedural approach to a functional-sociological approach that emphasizes the context of use, negotiation of meaning, literacy of religious texts, and authentic classroom interaction. The background of this study is rooted in the phenomenon of moral degradation among students and previous research findings that highlight the importance of IRE, though its implementation often remains formalistic and fails to fully internalize values into daily practices. The purpose of this study is to examine how IRE can serve as the heart of character formation through learning, role modeling, habituation, and an integrative school culture. This study employs a library research method by reviewing relevant literature from journals, books, and academic articles, which were then analyzed descriptively and analytically to identify patterns, gaps, and new insights. The findings indicate that IRE is effective in instilling noble values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and tolerance; however, its success largely depends on teachers’ role as exemplars, supportive school environments, and innovative teaching strategies that are adaptive to the digital era. As a key component of teaching, learning media must adapt through technological innovation to engage students and enhance comprehension. Generation Z and Alpha, as digital natives, prefer visual, interactive, and fast-paced learning styles, which differ from traditional approaches. This study aims to examine the urgency of media innovation in PAI within the digital era. Using a library research method, relevant theories and previous studies were analyzed. The findings indicate that digital-based media such as instructional videos, interactive platforms, and educational animations can significantly improve student motivation, understanding, and engagement. However, challenges remain in terms of teacher competence, infrastructure readiness, and the limited availability of engaging Islamic digital content. However, studies that systematically integrate connectivism theory into digital learning practices are still limited. This article offers a comprehensive analysis of how connectivism can serve as a theoretical foundation for designing digital learning relevant to 21st-century competencies. Through a literature review of recent research, this article identifies three pillars of connectivism integration: the development of network-based learning environments, the use of technology as a cognitive extension, and the strengthening of learners' roles as managers of knowledge connections. The findings indicate that connectivism not only facilitates access to distributed knowledge but also encourages curriculum transformation and the repositioning of educators as network facilitators. This research's theoretical contribution lies in mapping the model of connectivism integration within the modern digital learning ecosystem. However, challenges related to infrastructure, digital literacy, and adaptive policies remain major obstacles. This research is motivated by the low ability of students in reading hijaiyah letters, understanding basic tajwid, and writing Qur’anic verses correctly. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that teachers play crucial roles as learning resources, facilitators, classroom managers, demonstrators, mentors, and motivators in BTQ learning. These roles contribute significantly to improving students’ basic Qur’anic literacy. Supporting factors include teachers’ enthusiasm in teaching, exemplary behavior, and cooperation among students. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors consist of limited parental involvement in reinforcing Qur’anic reading habits at home, insufficient learning media, and limited instructional time.
