الملخص

This study aims to examine the role of facilities and infrastructure management in enhancing the learning process at SMK Grafika Pringsewu. The study is motivated by the critical importance of educational facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, libraries, sports facilities, and information and multimedia technology, as essential supports for teaching and learning activities. Inefficient management of these resources can hinder learning effectiveness, reduce student motivation, and negatively affect learning outcomes. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, direct observation, document analysis, surveys, and student academic performance data. The findings indicate that facilities and infrastructure management at SMK Grafika Pringsewu is not yet optimal, characterized by insufficiently detailed procurement planning, suboptimal utilization of facilities, limited maintenance, and the need for improved supervision and accountability. The study highlights the importance of integrating facilities management with the learning program, leveraging modern technology, conducting regular evaluations, and fostering collaboration between the school and relevant stakeholders. Effective planning and management of facilities and infrastructure can increase student motivation, support teachers, and create a conducive learning environment that enhances overall educational quality.
