Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the integrated education curriculum as a character building model at STAIRU. The implementation of the integrated education curriculum at STAIRU is because this college is integrated with the Islamic boarding school system that houses it. To implement the integrated curriculum, a student dormitory program was created, where they can interact with the Islamic boarding school environment. The design of this study is a qualitative descriptive field research. The data sources in this study are divided into two, namely primary sources and secondary sources. Research objectives. The results of this study show a character building model that is implemented through activities, namely: formal learning with additional local content, student dormitory activities, internship activities, mudzakaroh activities, community service activities and sports and arts interest activities. Second, the character values ??implemented at STAIRU are: independence, discipline, responsibility, professionalism, mutual cooperation, bearing each other's burdens, and compassion for each other.
